If you would like to return a product please do so
within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please email info@designworksstudio.ie to inform us of your wish to return an item. We will accept returned items once they are returned unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging. Made-to-order items or customised pieces may not be returned.
Once we have received the returned item, any sum debited from your credit card less any carriage costs incurred by ourselves inward or outward (where free shipping has been given, the actual cost will be deducted), will be credited to your account within 30 days of your order being returned.
